Great perspective and composition. I'm a big fan of the depth of field of this photo. Park benches are good subjects. You dont have to explain anything about them, they seem to speak for themselves.

I don't care for HDR so no this is not HDR;. I was shooting into the sun on the left and it was much darker where the bench was so I had to try and do some compensation so the details of the bench and grass were not lost with the bright sun.
