Kase filters and Formatt Hitech filters the same company?

I was just researching some filters and noticed that these two companies packaging looked kind of the same, then I noticed both are from England.  Are they owned by the same company?

Look at the corners of the (e.g. 100mm) filters. They are clearly different products.

Kase also has a magnetic system that FH does not.

That magnetic system looks pretty darn slick if you ask me

They are using the same hard case as NiSi with their 100mm kits.

I just looked at the products on both sites, and will have to disagree. The Nisi system puts that CPL at the back (like the FH system). The Kase system uses a magnetic system to attach the CPL at the front.

They're also different colors.

The 150mm systems are different shapes.
