Tiffen vs Hoya vs Kenko circular polarized filters?

Which of these companies polarized filter would you say is the better choice for someone on a budget looking to get the best bang for the buck?

I am using Tiffen filters with pleasure but I don't know
Kenko's — I use their extension tubes though.

Light is free… capturing it is not!

Kenko or Tiffen will be your best bet.  However I think they are all are made by the same company in China!

Hard to say. If you have the choice, try them out first. They're not all made the same.

Personally, I like filter that are in a brass mounts if they still make them.  They are less likely to get stuck on your lens compared to an aluminum mount.
