I am looking for an affordable wide-angle, constant aperture, zoom lens for my Nikon Z6. I have the FTZ adapter.  I am looking for the following in the lens:

1. Constant Aperture (2.8 or 4)2. Ability to autofocus with FTZ (not a Screw drive autofocus)3. Not too expensive (I am a portrait photographer, but I would love to play around with architecture and landscape photos, so the quality does not have to be amazing.)Thank you for your help!

The hiccup here is cheap and constant aperture — which is
a pro lens feature. There is also a difference in price between
ƒ2,8 and ƒ4. Possibly look at a local used market.

Light is free… capturing it is not!

I think this is a good value used. Because it has the ability to update the firmware, they can fix incompatibility problems.
Tamron 15-35  2.8 G2  It is compatable with the adpator according to Tamron website. The earlier version mpb.com $630 but you have to send it in to Tamron if the firmware is not up to date (cannot use tap on console)

I shoot w/ a Nikon 24mm f1.8G ED N and 35mm f1.8G ED. These F mount lenses will work perfectly w/ your adaptor. They are very sharp and get superb reviews. Use prices are very good.

I use the 35mm for people, street, and group shots. If I go out for the day w/ one compact lens this is the one I take because I can shoot architecture and landscape too.

If I go w/ one lens, mostly on hiking on trails I take my 24mm because I still do street, people, architecture as well because the distortion is well controlled.

Hope I made sense.
