Olympus Zuiko 180mm f2.8 rear element chip!

So I finally got a really nice lens for my OM+1n. Went with the 180mm f2.8. Unfortunately it had fungus on it and I sent it to a few places to get rid of the fungus. Unfortunately they either refused or couldn't get it done. Out of frustration and motivation I decided to try and do it myself. Long story short, I almost pulled it off. It wasn't until the very end of me putting the lens back together that my small screwdriver slipped out of my hand and fell on the middle of the rear element. I wanted to bash my head through a wall! I out the lens away and tried to forget about it. After some time however, I just couldn't let the 300 dollar plus lens just sit there anymore. I'm willing to take it anywhere to get it fixed, but with that little chip on the element, I'm doubtful. Read many things online about using black marker to fill it in and so forth. But what I was wondering, and hoping anyone on here can help me out with is... Can I just take the rear element off any comparable telephoto lens from Olympus and use it in this one? Like the affordable 135mm? I have that lens and wouldn't mind scrapping it if I can make this much nicer lens work with it's rear element? Can a repair place. Buff it out without messing up the lens? Any help or insight would be much appreciated.

You'll be money ahead if you buy another lens from a reputable seller with a return policy. There's a reason the places you took it had better sense than to touch it.
