Yellowjacket Mimic fly

Bug guide ID pending. Spotted it on some small purple Asters out along the road. Unlike previous Yellowjacket mimics I have found, this ones eyes are pattered as well...

This is a fly, thus no stinger. It just looks like a Yellowjacket.... That said, we still have bees about...I should have caught it & let it go  down at Georgia Tech downtown (Their mascot is a Yellowjacket)

Thanks.....Genus Spilomyia, I never did get a species ID on it. I had posted a Yellowjacket mimic moth image recently as well. There are lots of mimics in the insect world.
