Canna Waves

Canna Waves is from my Naturally Abstract collection and was composed at the Yonce Farm in Ridge Spring, SC.  A golden hour sunrise was backlighting this canna leaf.  It was off the chart spectacular when I first noticed it.  I worked fast and was fortunate to create a composition with most of that gorgeous light still on it.  But I only had a couple of shots to pick from before it was completely gone.  It's amazing how ephemeral that perfect light is.
