I vote for the red bird.
Sure your gonna get noise at telephoto.
You need a higher ISO & shutter speeds for birds.
Unless you have 18 mega-pixel or better, sure your going to see noise.
The red bird doen't seem noisy at all unless he's chattering at you !

I like the one of the cardinal too. Mine hop up on the porch railing and chatter, often at dusk, they seem to like to flit between the bushes and tempt me because if they see a camera they're outta here. I don't do wildlife, probably for a reason... but I appreciate those of you that do it so well. The first one's a beautiful photo.
