Snow everywhere and the frozen marsh leave little chances
to birds to find enough food. So they are quite active when
locals bring them bread, corn, and others.

Many people are throwing too big pieces and that creates a
lot of stress as they're all stealing from one another.

Very nice ... framing, exposure and timing are all there ... but what are those odd, little vertical lines/artifacts in the oof background?  They pull my eye away from the action in the foreground.

There are photographs everywhere. It is the call of photographers to see and capture those images.

Got it!

This scene is happening in a channel between my position and 
the opposite south side of a small island at the marsh. On this
island grow reeds and bushes that reflect in the water.
