I think it’s a fantastic shot. The branches are a little distracting, but the pose, looking straight at the camera, we can see nice texture in the feathers...It only takes a moment to forget the branches are there.

If we are editing, maybe a little contrast or some cutting to the eyes? 

Either way, I like the single branch vs one on each side. My eyes are now getting pulled to the lighter areas of the photo, AKA, the subject. In fact, I'll go as far as to say I REALLY like that composition. It's different.

The crop to reduce the blur worked really well in here. Better photo.
