What a Surprise, What an Honour
chimney where a couple of storks had three chicks growing fast.
Since some days, the nest looked deserted… nobody home! Sure,
they were all five there at night and for short naps during the day.
Today, when I got back to the studio, the chicks were on my roof!
I did not see the parents but the chicks are just as big, They were
resting a bit after was appeared to be a copious lunch.
Light is free… capturing it is not!
That's coz your tiled roof is near the fish pond - and the meals there are tasty

Neighbours were gathering, coming on my lawn and circling me.
I thought this was a rare sight to see and they all wanted a part
of it but no, they were there for the gear!!! To them, the monster
600 mm was the hit of the day… go figure.
Since the truck was opened, they could peak inside at the other
stuff and I am not sure I feel good about this.
