Grasshopper shot needs a comment... Please

This was a very friendly fellow. He was very nervous at first but after a snack on some cabbage he allowed me to move him into my "studio" and pose him on the back of my pickup truck. This gave me a chance to practice my close-up skills.



I found it interesting that my best shot was one taken at a closed aperture, max ISO and a slower shutter. I suppose it's a case of whatever floats your boat but I was experimenting with extreme adjustments and did not expect the results...
