Advice . . . please?!

Hi all! So I am needing advice. First I will explain. So I have been into photography for a while now, but at a very, very basic level. Like I had a real camera, but it didn't even have lens. I got pretty decent at photography, but nothing like the experts here. So I just recently (as an early Christmas present) been given a Nikon Coolpix L320. I have no idea how to use it, but thankfully have been given basic advice on how to from friends. I want to use it to be able to take better pictures, though! Any advice on how to do that or tips on photography in general? I'd love to hear from you!

Hi Lydia!

I’ve had a Nikon Coolpix L820 for the past 6 years. I loved it and I am heartbroken that it broke. It has been put through heavy use and traveled to many places. No matter what anyone said, it was a great camera and I got great pictures with it. I bet it’s similar to yours. I shot in auto mode all the time and it was wonderful. I even have blown pictures up to 20 x 30 with excellent results. Good luck with your new camera! :)
