New member..... with broken camera???

Hi, im new here so be gentle.
I currently have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ20 bridge camera, recently my photos have started coming out very washed out with circles/swirls all over the image. I tried factory reset on the camera. Video footage is fine, just photos. The screen is fine, as soon as you view the image you get it. Even when viewing on a pc too. What could be wrong with the camera? I have attached an example. Thanks in advance
Make: Panasonic
Model: DMC-LZ20
ISO: 100
Aperture: f/8.9
Shutter speed: 1/1000 sec
