Suggestions for (tight) budget Macro lens for Pentax

Hi, Long story short - don't have much money to spend on a lens, but I really want to try out macro photography.
My goal is to get under $50 for used one. I browsed ebay and found some of the possible options. Do you have anything to say about these lenses? (they are within my price range)
  1. Pentax K A/R Zoom lens 70-210mm 1:4,5 -5, 6 Exakta macro (52mm)
  2. Pentax pk 70-210mm 1:4,5 -5 6 vivitar macro one-touch-zoom lens
  3. Sigma Zoom 28-80 mm f/ 3.5-5.6 Macro Asph for Pentax K  https://9apps.ooo/
I'm rocking right now (and for the past 5 years) my trusty *isd DL, I know it is an old dslr and I know that for the money I can put on the table there is nothing 'great'. But really - I don't need 'great'. I need fun, reliable and somewhat decent for my 6MPx pictures!
My idea is to get as close to the object as possible (e.g. to get a sharp image of fuit's pulp).
I tried searching this sub for similar threads but found nothing. Maybe nobody is really interested in buying such cheap lenses.
Thank you for reading.
