Certain Camera Settings for each style of Photography Question

I started out doing landscape photography and dabble in astrophotography. I've also recently been exploring street, wild life, and now macro photography. I'm curious how you can switch between settings for these different types of shooting?I have a Sony A7iii and a RX10ivThe A7III has two custom preset dials where I can for example set #1 for fast shooting settings for wildlife etc. and then #2 for my astrophotography settings. That's it though ... just two preset dials. And the RX10iv doesn't seem to have any custom preset dials. How does one switch between certain settings in a pinch between landscape, wildlife, nighttime shooting etc.For example I'm at the beach and I see a seagull flying, how can I quickly capture it? Mainly without fumbling through options for focusing, shutter speed etc. Or if its nighttime out and then need a total different set of settings, landscape, macro etc. Please, any advice on this subject on what to do is greatly appreciated. Thank you !

Joe, the best advice I can give is that it is foolish to expect to be prepared to photograph everything under the sun at a moment's notice. Unless you're a mere snap shooter, the scenarios you give require different lenses with different specifications to achieve acceptable results. Wherever you are, with whatever you have, photograph with a purpose!
