Hello all,

My name is Frederico and I'm an amateur/hobbyist photographer with special interest in street, portrait and astrophotography.

I hope (and pretty sure will) gather more knowledge from all the gurus out there.

I'll see you in the next post!

Hey Fred, good to meet you.  How often are you getting out behind your camera?

HELLO!!!!

Really nice to meet you.  I have a sister who lives in Spain, she has been there for 9 years and loves it.  Similar places?

Since about two weeks or so, because of work, not often as i would like. Made some quick snaps at home. When i can get a little more free time from work and the weather is good i usually spend about 2h doing street photography

Hi Amy,

In a general way you could say so (the people, buildings, etc) but not the food. The food I believe is the main difference between us since I feel that we have a broader style of cuisin, many types of dishes.

Good weather, Good food, Good wine (amongst many other things) in one spot.

It's the trifecta that most reflects Portugal to the exterior.

Thank you for the welcome =)

What else could you ask for?!

We are heading to Lisbon in November this year, so excited.   How far is that from where you are?

@Zorka, I can't think of anything really
It's about 20min from the city center (Chiado, Baixa, etc) and 5min from the airport. Hopefully you'll catch the cold sunny days, not the rainy ones :)

@Ian, thank you. Loved the city when I visited it back in 2010. Hope to go again now with a photographic eye
