Hi All!

I'm a Finnish astro photographer and I enjoy to be able to reveal, even a small part of, the hidden beauty of our Universe. Astro photographing is a mixture of technique, art and science and it's difficult enough to keep me interested. I hope you enjoy my images!

To see my work, please, visit my portfolio at astroanarchy.zenfolio.com/

I have a Blog too, it has more experimental material and it works as an imaging diary as well.

A sample image, Butterfly Nebula (IC1318) in constellation Cygnus.
Imaged with a camera lens, Tokina AT-X 300 f2.8 @ f2.8 and a cooled astronomical camera, QHY8. Narrowband filter set from Baader was used. (Ionized Sulfur=Red, Ionized Hydrogen=Green and an Ionized Oxygen=Blue)

Thaks guys!

I have made some experiments with 3D conversion of my astrophotos.
If you have a pair of Red/Cyan eyeglasses or you are able to look "magic eye" images,
here is a direct lik to a 3D-folder: astroanarchy.zenfolio.com/f359296072

3d-images are a personal vision about forms and shapes, based on some known scientific facts and an artistic impression.

Thanks again!

I have a problem though, I have tried to approve some friend requests but the + button seems not to work? I tried both, IE and Chrome, no luck.

I will post some of my images later, with some information. I think, the nature section might be right for my work.
