Anyone using a Nikon D7200?

8 years 7 months ago #450022 by ToddPH
My D70 is desperately needing to be replaced, would like to get a new camera and the D7200 from what I'm seeing looks good.  I might even order from B&H this weekend.  Would love to hear some feedback from you.

Thanks

That would be a step up as the D7200 can even use a number of older manual focus lenses & still meter n manual & aperture priority modes.

Do you intend to go from full frame to crop-sensor?. I use the 7100 as back-up to my D3s, and it's a great camera. As Scott points out, the 7200 can probably use all of your D700 lenses. But it won'rt really "replace" it...

Hey John, he's looking to upgrade from an older Nikon D70 (DX format) not a D700....

I also use a D7100 and the step up from a D70 is incredible. I'm sure, especially reading the reviews, you'd be more than happy with a D7200.  Just order it.....:)

Why so serious?

My wife and brother both have the D7100 and love the camera.  My brother bought his first, loved it so much that encouraged my wife to buy the same camera.
