Does Sony make all the sensors for Nikon?

Not all, but most. Nikon puts their own tweeks on the sensors however. Same base but a different sensor in the long run.

I know just the D800 series has sensors made by Sony.  Not sure about the other cameras that share the same team effort by Sony and Nikon.

Randy (shadowfixer) is correct. Most of Nikon's sensors are made by Sony, but not all & they use different processors than Sony cameras do.

Sony manufacture Fuji sensors too.  Of course these are X-Trans sensors designed by Fuji.
