I dig older cameras and often think "if the camera could talk" what stories could it tell?  What photos could it recall?

Mine are mostly Nikon & Minolta but there are also Canon, Olympus, Pentax, Konica &  Practika SLR's. Then Leica, Canon, Konica & Kodak fixed or interchangeable lens rangefinders. Plus a number of older folders & TLR's and other assorted MF cameras. Then I've got lenses for all of the SLR's. Again, mainly Nikon & Minolta, but a smattering of other mounts as well. In Digital, only Nikon , Canon & Olympus cameras.

Most do  (with the exception of old CDS meter units where the meter has failed) but not all. Since they are mechanical cameras, they hold up well. It's the electronics that can be iffy...I have replaced the light baffle foam on several though.

I came across a FE2 yesterday at a yard sale in pretty nice shape, however too much money, no lenses or accessories and the price was silly (100 bucks). I already have a nice one anyway....
My wife had a grumpy look on her face until I passed on the sale....

Yeah, that's too much. Mine cost a lot less from KEH

Yes, WAY too much. I don't think it was the original owner, no body cap and no other photography stuff there....
