I don't understand your logic here. Why not go after a 1.1, 1.0, 0.95 lens if you can? It's not just about the light, it's about image rendering. Why do you think that single lens is required to justify the new mount?
I saw an article go by recently that computer a possible maximum aperture of 0.65 with the Z mount. So, yeah, why not?
I want an 85 f/1.2 lens; if you're not looked at the Canon 85 f/1.2 you're unaware of an amazing, unique piece of glass. Or better still, a 135 f/1.2. That would be awesome. How about a 300 f/2? Even more so (once you've used a 300 f/2.. I like the potential of the Z mount, and await new products that move past the refresh of existing lenses.
