,Which manual do you have, a "quick-start" or a full version? I'm not familiar with your camera, but it's hard to believe that noise reduction would not be explained in the full manual of any half-way decent camera that offers it. Hopefully someone who knows the camera has the answer.Taliesin99 wrote: Hi, my first post and bit of a novice so apologies in advance if a silly question! I use a Lumix FZ82 and was shooting in Shutter Priority a couple of weeks ago. I accidentally lowered the shutter speed down to 3.2 seconds, and after taking the image, the screen displayed 'Long Shutter Noise Reduction ongoing' for a few seconds afterwards.
Does LSNR only apply to photos taken with a 1 second shutter speed or slower?
If it applies at faster speeds, is it possible to turn LSNR off?
Usually I shoot faster from 1/125 second to 1/2000 second, and I'd like to make sure it isn't enabled when shooting between these speeds!
Many thanks in advance, I can't see any mention at all in the manual! Taliesin99
