More experimental photography for me.  I shot with this model a couple years ago ( www.photographytalk.com/forum/people-pho...olden-light-attempts   www.photographytalk.com/forum/people-pho...aphy/253784-jennifer ) and was happy to touch base with her again.  She's a new mom (gave birth a month and a half ago) but she still models when she has time, and she's still doing great with it!  Her face may look overcooked in a couple photos though because she was concerned about the bags under her eyes :P
Anyway, when I do shoots for my own merit I like to go nuts with colour and textures, so the textures are pretty obvious in a couple of these, but that was intentional.
Also, some of you, like a guy whose name starts with A and ends with drian might comment on the obscene eye-burning vignette.  Well, I like to vignette and these actually have the same amount of vignette as I always add but it was a particularly gloomy day mostly, and this is a park with large amounts of tree canopy.  Canopy + gloom = naturally dark, and the vignette definitely intensified it, even at 20% like I had it.  I'm still happy with the photos.
Anyway:

The textures are obvious in this one

The focus is irritatingly off on this one

Candid shot of her getting ready.  I loved it though.

I like them.  And I don't find the vignette too much.  It works here.

Very nice shots.  I will go against the grain here and say I like number 1 the best.

Thanks guys!  Glad the first one is getting some love too.  People sometimes shake their heads at foreground obstructions but I like them sometimes.

Foreground obstructions are not the problem.  But you didn't ask for C&C, so I shall say no more.

Well I just had someone elsewhere tell me this set sucks, so I'm feeling a bit bitter about these now.
Constructive criticism is welcome.  That other person was less than constructive though.
I do know that that first photo has visible texture on the hand, though, which is something I noticed after I had saved as a flattened jpeg and closed it, and I didn't feel like re-editing.

I like the images and the vignette on the images works well. The first image is very good but would be better with a square crop. Too much of nothing up top. I'm curious as to what lens these were shot with. The reason is, I don't like the bokeh you are getting in the 3rd and 5th images. It's not nice and smooth. It is what I have heard some call nervous bokeh. All in all, a good set of images except for the bokeh and the ladies choice of pants, but that probably wasn't up to you.

To say that they suck sounds very immature.  These really are not so bad!

I really like the first shot...  Nice composition, nicely framed, great focus...  All around great shot of a beautiful woman...

All great shot, the client should be very happy! The only think I would change on the last photo would be her legs posing. I would just swap the legs, bending the one close to camera and move the knee in a little. Also male her lean forward and chin up a little. Great shot anyway, this is just my 2 cents how we could improve it a little. Thanks for posting!
