Pretty good.  Looks like your light source is either small, or pretty far away (based on the shape of the shadows. Try bringing it closer (as in, just outside the frame).

I'm missing brighter catchlights in the eyes, so I'd recommend brightening the irises in post a bit.

This is a single light, but it can be useful to have a light source opposite, behind the subject to provide rim light the separates the subject from the background. But that's a style choice to some degree.

You might also add a white reflector below him to bounce some fill light onto the neck.

Hi! Thank you guys for all your nice comments, and as for the critiques thank you!!!!!!! I´m always trying to get better.

I had only one light source in that photo because I didnt had anything else, also is just a normal bed led light I use a plastic bag to soft the light a little bit hehehe, I guess is guerrilla lightning hehehe.
