Better. Good job. I like the light on his right cheek, and the catchlights (although... are they real?) In any event, I think you've created a mood. You could bring up the overall exposure, your choice. I'm still left with the impression you're desaturating some of the color, and would like to see this with no color manipulation. You'd get better skin tone that way. Or, pull the blue out of his skin. IMO.

Overall I like this better than the previous shots.
