I like the focus and the primary subject, but I think you have a bit too much distractions on the right.  I think it would be strong with a tighter crop.  I'd crop right behind the head on the far right. 

There are photographs everywhere. It is the call of photographers to see and capture those images.

Cette image servira dans une publication du ministère de l'éducation.
Elle illustrait un thème sur les relations interpersonnelles à l'école et
on m'avait bien signalé qu'on n'y voulait pas voir le type de fille plan-
tireuse — voire "barbie" mais une fille ordinaire qui se démarquerait
dans un groupe.


I hear you well, Gary but it's not a portrait.

This image will be used in a publication of the Ministry of Education.
It illustrated a theme on interpersonal relations at school and I was
told that they do not want to see the type of busty girl - read "barbie"
but an ordinary girl who would stand out in a group.

It's a nice photo of the subject with other students since this will be used to illustrate relationships. I agree there's more of the girl to the right in the frame than needed.

Not sure where it would best be cropped, I can see more than one possibility. Depends on how the photo will be used. I'm not sure what you mean by ministry of eduction so I don't know what type publication it will be in or where it needs to fit.
