Very good representation although it's a sad subject. Very nice NS.

Thank you both! :P

The order was on my desk since early February 2019 with a
time deadline at the end of may.

They had others work on the same job but they were refused
because of the fighting people, the presence of (fake) blood
in some cases or physical traces of violence in others.

They did not ask me at first because of budget restrictions but,
so late, they had not the choice any more, a pictures is needed.

They said nothing of the other submissions they received but
I was given carte- blanche and they accepted my conditions.

My idea, since the whole project was about the psychological
impact on the persons, was to show emotional distress some-
how and I wanted to stray away from anything that would illus-
trate violence or physical pain and go for the interior one. I had
no clue as to how to do that until…

Last week, a village in the valley was activating a new fountain in
the main park: a sculpture of a local artist. It is then that "bingo"!

Just the luck of connecting the broken mirror with the sitting
girl that was there… remembering… and being opportunistic.
