Looks really fun. However the second shot did not really work for me. I can't see the figure of the main dancing duo. Third shot though is good for me.

I'm trying to think of the painter who is famously known for this sort of blurred effect.  For me, #2 and #3 kick ass.  Especially the third one.

I think family fests are really great source of good subjects especially joyful photos. The smile in their faces is very genuine.
