Early in the morning, fish sellers eagerly wait for the fishermen to return to shore.  The catch for the day is promptly sold and thereafter the fish sellers will disperse with their fishes and head to the market.  (Danang beach, Vietnam).

were centred.

Yes, I like that last one as well.  I have been to China many times, and this is a classic pose everywhere you go.  I agree about the composition.  You could maybe fix it up a bit with some selective cropping, but I do like that shot.  I have a few shots of this pose: washing clothes, or vegetables, or whatever other activity they are doing.  The headgear is part of it as well.
