Is this an eye of an insect, like a wasp or a dragon fly???

Bingo!

This is the eye of a dolpchid fly, aka long legged fly. One of those tiny iridescent flies you'll find on bushes near ponds and lakes on sunny days

you're next

Good one. Almost looks like a skateboarder wearing braces after that "Hey, watch this" stunt. :woohoo:

I have to admit you came close to fooling me. The beak part was easy but the teeth threw me off a little - then I remembered goose dentures...

Here is a little different approach. I took a image and reduced it down to 1% in size. I then enlarged it by 10,000%. I this proves too difficult I'll post the 2% version, then 3% etc...
Good luck!

Yes, their teeth look good, but their breath is still fowl.

It looks like a flying pig on a pedestal.

We must be linked psychically this morning. You are close about everything except the pig part.

"Yes, their teeth look good, but their breath is still fowl" made me laugh - a lot!

:watching:

How about a flying cow??? I can kind of make out wings and I can definitely see the pedestal.

Cow is closer in size... Actually you might never guess the correct animal even with a full resolution of it. I'm impressed enough to give it back to you.

It is a Griffin statue in the plaza of San Marcos, EPCOT, Disney, Orlando. Well done.

Thanks! I was actually getting ready to guess that it was a lion with wings... I remember seeing this somewhere, I just couldn't remember where!
Great, now I've got to find something... :cheer:
