Personal Style?

Personal Style? Does anyone have a personal style they add to almost every photo?

This could include:
-A signature slight angle you use alot.
-DOF in creative ways, (not just isolating an object)
-Color
-Contrast

I notice people either love or hate personal styles for the most part. There will be pictures that many people think are amazing and many people will hate that style.

I was wondering what kind of style you people use and include a picture, or do you just take pictures as you see them and tweak it to look just how you saw it.

There is nothing that I add to "every" photo. Each is unique and accommodates the needs or wants that I desire.

I believe that trying to develop a "personal style" hinders your creativity. Trying to do that takes your focus away from the subject and situation.
Even the masters went through "periods" .

Shoot, learn and share. It will make you a better photographer.

I never thought I'd use a specific style but after shooting for awhile and looking at enough of my pics I can tell they have a similar style of contrast / vividness. So I guess in a way I do have a personal style, just never took notice to it before.

I like slightly more saturation than purists. And I don't fuss endlessly over blown highlights. But I don't view those aberrations as "style", just personal habits.

Well we all have a personal style because we all view the world differently. Is there any particular thing I do over and over again? No not really because I shoot the subject according to the conditions and what I see. What is fun is going out with a group of people and shooting the same subject and seeing the differences in others views.

I guess my 'personal style' would be shallow DOF. But it doesn't work quite often.

I can sorta tell if I took a shot or not. But I can't say if other's notice it.
