Wedding photographers that flake on clients?

Just got an update. The photographer had double booked that day and shoot another wedding rather than this client! He sent a appology letter only with no phone call. WOW! :owned:

SOB should get sued. Even without a written contract, I bet the couple could sue in small claims court off of the verbal contract (plus the photography admitting the appointment and intentionally failing to show)..I would take the $5K in damages.
