Whats your favorite camera accessories?

Burning time with my B&H catalog and not sure what I feel like buying.   Which should be the first indicator to put this catalog down and find something productive to do.

Oh well, time to be nosy.  So what is your favorite camera accessory?

Tripods, and lenses. I have over 6000$ in a wishlist of photography items I'd like to get someday... those include the trifecta 2.8s 14-24, 24-70 and 70-200 2.8s by nikon... (never going to happen)

Ahhhh!!!  I should have asked what was on peoples wish list.  That's what i'm trying to see, what goodies had others running around?

Well you are out of luck with me. I do not have anything on a wish list. My favorite accessories are my support toys, speed lights, and filters.

Grip was cool, but got over that.  I do like my filters, but now I'm after a new Black Rapid camera strap.

I'd say my cable remote is probably my favourite accessory at the moment.

Yes, but the blue tint it gives in photos can be annoying IMO

I don't know if I would describe these as my favourite but these are my essential accessories:

Trip pod & Monopod
Joystick/ball head with quick release
Cable release/remote trigger
Light meter
Polarising filter
Grey card

I really like the Manfrotto table top tripod I bought as I have found it hard over the years to find something like this that will hod a pro body & lens and allow me to do long exposure. Here is one I took from the empire state building with my table top set up wit a D3 on the ledge of the view level:

An L-plate, a carbon fiber tripod, variable ND and polarizing filters and a remote shutter-timer.  If you decide to get an L-plate, I recommend checking out Really Right Stuff.

Never say never.

To answer the OP, a really good tripod will make help you tremendously.
