Would this bother you?

WOW, I was reading Arstechnica and just came across this.  I know it's not photography related, but hey, we all have internet right?  How ticked off would you be as the client?

Comcrap and me would have parted ways a long time ago if not for my wife, who still wants a land based phone. They annually are at the bottom of customer service satisfaction lists. What a pitiful company......

Why so serious?

I guess someone called to complain, and ticked off a service rep, so they made the name change. I got rid of cable, and am on satellite now for both interbutz, and tv. Can be a pain at times, but less of a pain than dealing with the monthly problems with the cable company. Also went to wireless phone, and was able to keep my number when I switched. Yeah the cable companies are going to go the way of the Dodo soon, as ironically getting service without wires will displace them, just like the old days when you had an antenna.

I have no idea what Comcast is so I have no opinion about them. Seems to me this is one technician or salesperson who made a mistake. Doesn't mean necessarily the company is bad (remember I have no bias for or against them seeing as I don't really know this company at all).

Trust me when I say comkrap is the WORST company to deal with. No customer service, a very poor product for the money and the worst customer service on the planet. Also the very worst customer service in history.
(I kept it clean....;) )

They are a cable communications provider, TV, interbutz, and phone Adrian. Just another one of the conglomerates here that have monopoly markets for the most part. But it is claimed that this is never the case. In the majority of the US there is only one cable provider, and the rest are over the old wire systems. Which is okay because the future is over the air anyhow.
