Still working on the editing, which if you know me...is a lot of layers.

Zenfolio is making this a lot less sharper than it actually is.

As always CC is always welcome, and click for larger image.

Looks good on my phone, bit hard to tell. Pity there's no rays of light coming through that window

I'm floored with the level of detail in this shot.  Would it be rude to ask what it looked like out of camera?  (I hope not) :)   How about what gear did you use to capture this shot?  Medium format?

It was pretty flat out of cam.  I have 4 different sharpening techniques I use on most shots and it's across multiple programs including photoshop.

The camera believe it or not was a Nikon D3s with the Nikkor 14-24 f/2.8G lens.

Only 12 megapickles ;)

Single shot?  I would have guessed you had 4-6 shots bracketed together to get this range of colors and shadows here.

This is a looker :beerbang:

You raised the bar.  Zoom in and detail is still spot on.  This is really a great spot.  Are you able to shoot with tripod or was this hand held?

Thanks Alex, I still think I'm rusty though.

Hand held.  ISO 2500.

lol One of the shots I took was actually soft. That never happens to me. It's just been awhile.

Try the dehaze filter in LR or Photoshop. I played with it on this image and it blew the detail out of the water. Night and day difference.

What lens did you use for this shot?  That is so much detail, even in the back shelf.  Impressive that you shot this handheld too.
