A representation of "contrast", grass growing in a "dead" wooden signpost.

Keep lying high!  Aerial views really give scale to everything.  Especially like the night view - the colors really impact the scene.

The last photo I took was a snapshot of the family on the way out to Muley Point in SE Utah last week on vacation.  Nothing spectacular, but the scenery up there is phenomenal.  didn't go all the way out to the point itself (that is on the right in the photo) but took the ol' family van out on the slickrock at a turnout.  Wife wasn't impressed at all with that or the drive up Moki Dugway to get there, she did appreciate the view though. :D

Taken just this morning.   My wife, Pat, brought home some Daisies (Gerbera) that were given to her by a friend.  Of course, that's a rare opportunity to "stage" :-)

This photo may not have the most original composition, but this is the last photo I took. It's taken at the harbor of Grandcamp-Maisy in Normandy, France during sunset.

Might have also been the best of this morning too, I may send it over to the yacht club. They'd love it!

Some guys were cutting down some large trees in a small space trailer park.  This machine reminded me of a spider.
