Interestingly I was reading another sites blog about Henri Cartier-Bresson and how he was always had this super ability to take photos as if he wasn't even there.  Kind of like the snapping a shot with out the person even knowing you were there.  

With this in mind, I'd have to say the super power or trait would be invisible.

Master of time!  After all many of the 'great' shots were all about timing right?  So I would want to control time.  And be able to go backward and forward in time.
