What is longest lens for photography?

I know Canon has that 1200mm lens.  Has anyone else manufactured a larger lens?

They have bigger lenses use for surveillance and astronomy.

Don't remember specifics, my neighbor years ago was an amateur star gazer, a couple telescopes and other stuff. I was young and one evening he set up a scope and a fairly large pair of binoculars on tripods. He would line them up and we'd have to look quick, the objects would move out of view pretty fast. We could make out the faint rings through the binoculars, but the telescope was pretty good, and I recall Jupiter and a couple of moons were very clear.  It was a long time ago, I don't remember brand or power....
