For me, India. The colors are so rich and it seems similar to New York City in that there's always something to photograph. It also seems so different compared to every other place I've ever visited.

I've never thought about in depth too much, but a few friends of mine recently visited Ireland...can't say I wasn't a little bit jealous of the shots they managed to capture just using an iPhone. Maybe someday.

Turkey is at the top of the list - I would love to see a lot of the history and landscape that the area has to offer. Portugal and some of the more rural areas of Japan rank highly as well.
