Bride is not happy with print quality

Well I don't agree.  I took a look at the prints that were provided and they look great.  I can't help to think they are trying to get out of paying for these prints.  What do you do when a client complains about something you know isn't true?

Go with the flow or call them out?

I'd call them out, they're trying to get a discount. If you think the prints are good, stick to your guns.
Afterthought: That's precisely why I quit shooting weddings a quarter century ago!

Why so serious?

What didn't she like about the prints? Where did you have them made? (And don't you provide albums, or are these already in an album?) Anyway hard to tell not seeing the photos.

What did your contract say? What policies do you have on your website? I'd probably consider refunding the money if she returns the prints, or offer to have them done elsewhere if you can find out what she didn't like.

Maybe you should ask them exactly what it is that they're unsatisfied with and assess what to do from there. Best to be civil and compromise if possible, in this day and age a bad review online can make a huge difference in your businesses performance.

That said, if your customer can't point out what it is that's bothering her about the print, don't let yourself be taken advantage of

Sorry, but this doesn't make sense.  Seems like they had cold feet with the bill and trying to squeeze out of it.  Call 'em out.

Something doesn't add up here.  I would call them out on it.

Well the OP did say the client wasn't happy with the "print quality" so posting and image wouldn't address that issue.
