For those of you who bought a 'new refurbished' camera, what was the shutter count when you got it?

A few years ago I bought a D7000 refurb with 119, if memory serves. I wouldn't worry too much if you got one with many more...

Don't they show that to you ahead of time?

I've never seen one include shutter count.  Usually have to find that out when you get it.  Pot luck style!  lol

Thinking of that, if you buy from a reputable, you usually have a thirty day return window. Get one with twelve thousand clicks? (not likely) Return it!

12,000 clicks?  I'd personally deliver it back with a kick in the nuts to the sales guys.  lol

It was sarcasm, however would you buy a "used" camera with 12,000 clicks? I would if priced right, and my D800 is rated at 200,000. The shutter is one of the last things I worry about.

My refurbished D610 had 12 clicks on it...

Honestly, I think I would likely buy a refurbished lens over camera.  Just seems to much can go wrong with refurbished camera.  Lenses, have less to worry about.
