OMG these guys are always out of stock.  Do any of you happen to know a good alternative to their Lightbox?   meural.com/pages/cart

Thank you

The wording of their info. seemed like it was not written by a native English speaker, which may happen with an international company. But it got me curious because it can be a red flag if a company is where/who it says. (Apparently it's not too hard to rent office space or a mail-only address in NYC.)

This one just started up in 2014, got their first canvases done late 2015, then the second batch of canvases out in summer 2016 - that would have been at least 6-8 months. They got seed money but since then filed a debt refinancing of some sort last September. It seems they have not yet consistently kept up with orders.

If a company is online only, do a search, check it out. This one shows an address in the Flatiron District but a phone area code in Long Island. They don't show a phone number where they receive mail, maybe they have just a cell? I don't know...

Well that helps out getting to know behind the curtain, anyone know of another company where I can get one of these?

Glad to hear that so many people interested! This is Andrew, over at Meural. We are, in fact, a 20+ employee company based in Soho (we'd be happy to give demos at our office).

We're also excited to say that we'll be back in stock very soon (and have a new product announcement coming in short order). Please do stay tuned or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to find out!

Man, google isn't so friendly with finding replacements.  Did a number of searches and all I got were canvas prints.

Well that is catchy!  Yep, seems to be out all over the place.  How long will that last before you have to replace the screen?

Not as low profile as these are.  I found a couple that are larger box like frames.  That's it.  Going to check with a buddy of mine to see if others.

I like the idea if you can control from your iPhone.  But I can't tell if your photos from your iPhone can be uploaded or not.

There are some cheap ones on eBay that sell for $179 (I think the price was).  Avoid these at all cost, they are made in china and they only last 2-3 months.  My brother bought 2, gave me one for my birthday and kept one for himself.  Mine died just over 2 months and his clunked out just shy of 3 months.  Not the ones I would have bought, but hey, it was a gift.

These look nice above.
