How often do you clean your sensor?

I own a camera repair shop and I get the question, "How often should I get my sensor cleaned?". My response is "I suggest on a yearly basis or when you see spots on your pictures."

My question to you is, How often do you clean your sensor or get it cleaned, whichever you do?

I clean mine when they get dirty. I've yet to clean my D7100, I've done my D800 ten times at least. Guess which gets the most lens change outs....
Sometimes, if I get stuff way up in the viewfinder, above focusing screen and if I plan on keeping the body for a while, I'll send to Nikon for a CLA....

Why so serious?

Pretty much the same for me, usually as needed or every 6 months or so

Depends upon how often the lenses change, in what environment, and how much stuff gets in there that I can't blow out.
