Reasons for owning resin filters over glass?

Aside from cost and durability, is there any other reasons why you would want to have resin filters?

I can't think of one, I own some of both....Glass breaks easier, resin scratches easier.

They also reduce contrast slightly.  Assuming that is the look you want. :whistle:
