Charging your DSLR battery in the field, which power pack is shown here?

I've been looking for a good way to charge my batteries while in the field and came across this dual battery charger for my D700 battery made by RAV Power

www.amazon.com/EN-EL15-RAVPower-Battery-...arging/dp/B01JG6QWUA

One of the images they use show their battery charger in the field plugged into some power bank of some sort.  Would you happen to know which power bank this is?

So how many charges could you get off something like that?

Is that correct, that you can charger 2 batteries roughly 15 times with one of those things?

I doubt that will make 15 full charges.  When from battery pack like that, isn't like a 80-90% charge that is given vs plugged in a wall?
