Which you use more: Soft edge or hard edge ND filter?

Which do you use the most?  I only have room for one more filter and trying to decide which I'll end up using more.

Thank you

I have a hard edge and soft edge and I rarely use the hard edge filter.

I'll actually use the reverse grad the most, THEN the soft grad and I very rarely use the hard edge grad.

I don’t own a hard edge, all I have is a soft edge nd grad filter.

I used to own both, but never used he hard edge.  I ended up selling that filter and used the $$ towards another lens.

I use to work with soft 90% and hard 10% of the time. Now, I
use the free bracketing capabilities of my cameras: far less ex-
pensive, waaaaay more control, and no problem.

Light is free… capturing it is not!

I'll bite, how are you replacing the need of a soft or hard edge ND filter with the bracketing?  Are you talking about creating a HDR image?

I believe that he refers to combining exposures (which isn't necessarily "HDR"). Getting each part of a shot properly exposed and combining in post allows for much greater control.
