Rhino Camera Gear RŌV PRO

Two questions:

1. Did these guys get an Android app figured out yet?

2. Can the pro version still have a phone mounted to it?   They offer a mobile version of this  which shows it holding an iPhone.  I would rather have something that is sturdy enough for both my smartphone and my mirrorless camera.

No idea, I'm an iPhone user.  And it looks like this won't work with your iPhone on top.  You'll need the mobile version for that.

The ROV Pro will have your iPhone mount as well as DSLR.  So you are good.

+1 if you want to use your DSLR and iPhone, you'll want the pro.  I don't know if they support Android.  Have you thought about sending them an email?

So wait, is the battery internal on those things?  Looks like it is.  So what happens if you are out in the field and battery goes dead?

That thing is pretty small.  Don't care for the built in battery, but I can live with it.  Anyone have the longer pro version?  Would one tripod be good for supporting this?

Will that tip over if you have a 70-200mm on it with out a tripod?
