Skinny Money Maker?

I have one of these Holdfast Money Makers and I guess this is their normal size one.  What's the deal with the Skinny Money Maker?  Is that for a woman or just different style?

Interesting, never seen that brand before.  Have you heard of RL Handcrafts?  That's who's strap I'm using.

There you go, that's it. Not sure on the black yet, might go with one of the brown colors.

Best on the market if you ask me.  They have a number of different styles:  https://rlhandcrafts.com/category/clydesdale

You want to make sure the company that is making your strap is using top grade leather. To many brands out there cut corners and use cheap leather and hardware.   You'll spend more with the RL Handcrafts, but you'll rest in peace knowing you got something of extreme build quality and will last for years.

Thank you, will the colors bleed from those colors when wet?

I have their Solo, awesome product. It will take a couple weeks to break in the leather.

I went with their Burgundy, water buffalo, for me, the best color out of the bunch.

You haven't tried on one of these from Holdfast Gear I take it?    I have tested both and don't get me wrong, RL Handcrafts makes a good product, IMO Holdfast Gear uses a higher quality leather and their hardware is marine quality and very heavy duty.

Don't forget every 6 months or so to condition the leather, this will make the colors jump out and it's a great way to take care of your leather.

Hey Alex, no I didn't.  Thank you for the comment, I was just reading you have their Solo.  I was planning on getting the single camera set up from RL, you might just convince me to try this other brand out.  How comfortable is that Solo?  It doesn't look like there is much padding on the shoulder strap.

BTW I just sent you a PM on something non related to this but my email address I use here, please let me know on that.

For either of these, do you need to take your cameras off them in order to shoot them?

Is it easy to get them off and on?

+1 is the Skinny Money Maker new?  I have a small frame and don't weigh that much and tried the original money maker, but just to bulky for my taste.  Plus it was very stiff.
