What a scum bag!  Just because you photograph celebrities doesn't give you these rights!

WOW, what an idiot on a couple different accounts.  First for even crossing this line.  Second, between Terry Richardson and rest of the other guys who recently got dragged out to the street for this sort of nonsense, did he think something like this would go unnoticed?

I don't see anything about bribery but the so called photographer sounds unprofessional which is saying it nicely.

It might have been better to stop the conversation sooner with something like this isn't going to work for me but thanks for your time (even if the other person isn't behaving like a professional you're probably better off to not stoop to his level).

It probably wasn't the best idea to even be asking about nude for free, because often someone is dangling bait (like something for free) and of course, there was a catch -  he wanted her nude photos. You don't have to continue a conversation with someone who is acting in an inappropriate way (but maybe save the conversation in case you may need to have a record of it if it goes any further).

I don't know if it's harassment because she was asking about getting nude photos taken, but certainly his comments were rude, inappropriate/unprofessional. He did tell her if she didn't send photos his cost was 2 thou, then told her to find another photographer. Calling him a name doesn't reflect well on her although I imagine it was a reaction at the moment and I can understand her being upset. Putting things in writing (text) and posting this publicly online may not have been the best idea, probably better to talk to a trusted friend or family member.

Where arrogance intersects with stupidity and sleazy.

I hope this guy learns his lesson the hard way.
